How do I track my sales?
You will be able to track your referrals, successful orders, and commission through your personalised ambassador dashboard.
Can I promote both OUTGLOW and SMARTGUT? Will I receive free products?
Yes. You may share the products that best fit your lifestyle, audience, and content direction.
Selected ambassadors may receive KYOR products for self-use and content creation. Product seeding may vary depending on campaign needs, audience fit, and availability.
Do I need to post a fixed number of times? Will KYOR boost my content?
This varies depending on the collaboration arrangement. We encourage ambassadors to share KYOR in a way that feels authentic, useful, and natural to their audience.
Selected content may be boosted by KYOR and directed to your affiliate link, so any resulting purchases will still be attributed to your referral.
What happens if a customer requests a refund?
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In the rare event that a referred order is refunded, KYOR may deduct the corresponding commission from the following month’s payout. Proof or details of the refund will be provided where applicable.
KYOR currently maintains a very low refund and return rate.
